The Exchange Goodsyard

The brief
Bellway Homes approached us to create an exciting new brand for The Exchange at Goodsyard, a development of apartments next to Bishop’s Stortford train station and part of the wider regeneration of this area of Bishop’s Stortford. We worked in conjunction with Solum to link our branding with the overall consortium theme.
The brief was to bring a slice of London living to the heart of this market town. Appealing to first-time buyers, investors, and professionals working locally and in the capital.
Contemporary with an industrial edge

The full property marketing experience
We designed fresh marketing collateral to help promote the picturesque market town, along with a sleek brochure design that showed the Goodsyard lifestyle, but also giving people a slice of the fascinating history that sits within Bishops Stortford.
Offering Bellway Homes the full property marketing experience, we also designed the marketing suite and concierge area showcasing the stylish new branding throughout. Bringing a modern twist to the space, we used rust and corrugated iron effects to make a statement when visitors entered.

Injected a London feel to both designs
We injected a London feel to both designs, think fresh contemporary with an industrial edge. This vision was achieved through the use of concrete, metalwork with warming contrasts of woods and soft furnishings
A quirky sample area sits within the marketing suite, allowing visitors to get personal, imagining their own space coming to life through samples. The marketing suite was completed in September 2021, and the concierge fit-out is due next year - so keep your eyes peeled for exciting updates!
