The Design Brief

Fresh Wharf from Countryside is situated on the River Roding in Barking, surrounded by brand new open spaces and fantastic travel links. The design brief was to market "River View Apartments" to first-time buyers, commuters, and young families looking for high specification homes within easy reach of the City but who would benefit from outdoor spaces close by, and amenities right on their doorstep

The marketing suite design needed to feel airy and contemporary, with high specification finishes reflecting the product.

We achieved a look the client was thrilled with

We ensured the branding was prominent throughout the suite, getting inspiration from the history of the site which linked to the riverside location. Using textures and patterns inspired by rope, water, and industrial materials used in shipping, mixed with pops of colour and local area imagery throughout, we achieved a look the client was thrilled with.

Industrial style meets character

Industrial style meets character. The bespoke graphics in duotone blues made a statement and the unique feature walls dividing the space including glazing and a polished concrete wall showcasing the logo of the development, allowed visitors to discover the different areas within the suite, curating a streamlined customer journey.
