You will be working out of our head office in Colchester, a vibrant, state of the art workplace

with a pool table, a gym next door and a healthy social scene!

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Signage Account Handler to join an already

established and successful account management team. This is a great opportunity for

someone looking to progress his or her career in the marketing world.

 

The Role

You’ll be responsible for running multiple signage projects with day to day contact with our

clients.

 

Each Account Management team has an allocated list of clients/projects to manage. Each is

headed by an Account Director (or Group Account Director) who manages the team.

You will be working under one or more assigned Account Directors and will be responsible

for the day-to-day briefing and checking of signage work produced, taking briefs, making

marketing suggestions and then actioning and managing each project to its completion; on

time and within budget. This involves costing, quoting, briefing and coordinating projects via

our design, artwork, production and install departments as well as contact with external

suppliers when necessary etc.

 

The handler’s 5 basic requirements are to:

• Brief work into the appropriate department/external supplier in a timely and

comprehensive manner. Setting delivery deadlines if appropriate, after consultation

with their manager

• Ensure that work is delivered in accordance with set deadlines

• Check work for accuracy

• Check that all emails and calls are dealt with appropriately.

• Be aware of the ongoing/forthcoming work requirements for that division i.e. have a

broad awareness of the wider picture for the division(s) they work on.

 

About You

You will be working with a variety of clients, so you will need to be organised and able to

multi-task. Your attention to detail will also be second to none.

Successful applicants will ideally have had experience of a professional working environment

possibly of a similar nature to ThinkBDW. Any marketing/agency or signage/fit out project

experience would be hugely beneficial but isn’t essential.

You will need to have a driving licence.
