We are the team that brings our excellently designed experiences online. We are an experienced team from a range of technical backgrounds – including software engineering, front end, and back end development – so there is always something to learn from one another, or a listening ear to help you debug difficult problems.
Day-to-day we work closely with the CGI and design teams to develop web applications and websites that meet our clients’ needs, looking to the latest & greatest technologies to deliver products of the highest standards.
As the creative heartbeat of the company, the design team is where great ideas are born and memorable campaigns are made.
It’s an eclectic mix of designers, animators, videographers, and photographers who work together to share ideas, research current media trends and develop campaigns designed to stand apart from the crowd.

Working within ThinkBDW’s signage department brings a constant sense of achievement with every signage install. From start to finish, watching the jobs grow and adding every member of the team’s creative input into the process along the way. Every day is different and a chance to learn.

Design and Build

Meet the residents
I first joined ThinkBDW way back in 2005 as a designer and quickly settled into the busy property agency life of campaigns, pitches, pizza, and endless paper printouts! Jump forward nearly 17 years and into our new purpose-built premises and there’s still plenty of pizza (just not so many printouts). The challenging and exciting workloads have evolved to become much more digitally focused, and working alongside a great bunch of people, there’s still the same strong sense of creativity at the heart of everything we do.
I joined Think BDW (or Bastin Day Westley as it was then) as an Account Handler in 2002 at the time when photos from a model shoot came back as negatives and proofs were faxed and posted for approval. Fast forward to 2022, the way we market property and communicate with our clients is now very different, though the fundamental principles at Think BDW haven’t changed. It is still a crazy, fun place to work, always pushing the boundaries to do better for our clients and be the best at what we do.
