Millgate Homes recently launched their flagship development Sundridge Park. The inspiration of John Nash and Humphry Repton, arguably England's greatest architect and landscape gardener, the development seeks to restore and recreate the regency splendour of this prestigious and desirable location offering a combination of coach houses, townhouses and apartments.
As part of the marketing mix, Think Digital produced a touchscreen console for the sales and marketing suite, combining pricing and availability, information about the developer and interactive site plans.
The objective was to provide sales agents with the ability to demonstrate the development in a photorealistic way, enabling potential customers to walk around the development in virtual reality. Integral to the presentation is video of the development that mixes site footage and CGI animation to show how Millgate's vision for the scheme will be realised.
Serne Park, recently launched by Urban Solutions is a large development of 250 new apartments in Greenwich.
Think Digital produced a numeric touch screen system to enable the sales agents to select individual apartments by way of block and floor plan numbers. The selected plot is indicated on an illuminated scale model and the floor plans are displayed on a large plasma screen.
George Wimpey commissioned Think BDW to create a free standing touchscreen console at their Roundshaw, Surrey development marketing suite.
The touchscreen display combined a mix of 360 internal/external tours, 3D floor plans and internal animations for each home type, enabling the potential purchasers to get a fully interactive view of the development. Sales administrators utilised the system to walk a potential purchaser through the development, displaying the vision of the completed development.
All floor plans to be supplied as CAD files. All prices excluding hardware and connectivity
Touchscreen technology in your marketing suite is just like having an extra sales person. Visitors can take an interactive tour of a development before it exists, print floor plans and display information at the touch of their finger tips.
Using a combination of computer generated imagery, animations, virtual tours, floor plans and specification choosers, information can be brought to life, enabling visitors to quickly search and find their property of choice, ultimately speeding up the decision process and time to purchase.
Touchscreen systems can be linked to an illuminated scale model or integrated with a wall mounted plasma screen. It can also be web enabled to administer your reservation procedure, visitor records and report back results to your head office.
