Hopkins Homes

Rebrand in five weeks? Consider it done!

With over 30 years’ experience under our belt, it was no surprise that award-winning developer Hopkins Homes turned to us when they wanted to rebrand their business.

Our brief was to create a new sleek look for the Hopkins brand, and make sure this was carried across the whole business. What’s more, this all had to be done in super-quick time, as the fresh branding needed to be implemented across four new developments in just five weeks. Of course, we stepped up to the challenge with our characteristic gusto!

Services Employed: Property

We think it’s vital to really understand our clients’ requirements, so we worked very closely with the team at Hopkins to ensure the new branding really represented the company as it is today. It was decided that their corporate colour should become a very dark midnight blue instead of its existing purple, to reflect the prestigious nature of the firm.

Our team of talented designers then created a wide range of attractive marketing materials including brochures, adverts and signage.

We also completely redesigned the company’s marketing suites to ensure consistency of brand – this included furniture, displays, lighting and even wallpaper and flowers. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and this project was no exception.

The marketing materials used at Kingfisher Place in Leiston, Saddler’s Rise in Watton, Wherry Gardens in Wroxham and Grove Park in Barrow have been really well received by Hopkins Homes and their clients alike.
