Case Study

Edenbrook, Berkeley Homes

Berkeley Homes called upon the creative talents at ThinkBDW to launch this flagship development of approximately 300 family homes adjacent to a brand new 82-acre country park. The brief included highlighting the unique location, plus the superb design and specification associated with the client.

The name Edenbrook was created to convey the idyllic nature of this site, with sympathetic marketing that promoted an excellent quality of life in semi-rural surroundings. The development was promoted via a magazine rather than a conventional sales brochure, which meant we were able to cover lifestyle elements in more detail. In addition, the journalistic style of the magazine added credibility to the whole proposition.

The extensive integrated marketing collateral included the design and implementation of the marketing suite as well as advertising, the magazine, signage, brochures, website, digital marketing, CGIs and animated fly-throughs.

Since its launch in 2010, Edenbrook has continued to exceed client expectations, with buyers appreciating the uncompromising quality of the homes and the unique lifestyle proposition. Each new phase has seen incredible demand, with 30 to 40 per cent of the homes sold off-plan.
