When is a Marketing Suite a Home?
ThinkBDW’s brief from Berkeley was to create a marketing suite within a relaxed and personal environment. Moving away from the typical sales environment, and utilising the actual product on offer, as the base from which to sell.
ThinkBDW was responsible for the full redesign of both floors of the house retaining the original feel but creating a number of large useable spaces.
The interior design took the approach of an established family home, a luxury atmosphere, showing off the product to its true potential, allowing customers to envisage how their new home could look and feel.
Creating spaces for the sales negotiators to work from, a soft seating/waiting area, meeting rooms and selections room – this house captured all the elements of a more typical marketing suite, but in a far more relaxed way.
