Alpine place, Signia

The innovative marketing solutions provided by ThinkBDW helped Alpine Place in London’s Queensbury set a precedent for property prices in the local area.

We were responsible for all branding on this modern, attractive scheme, choosing a bronze colour and square logo device to reflect the architectural detail of the properties. Our marketing tools included brochures, advertising, a touchscreen application, signage and a video. We also created a compelling website which was completely editable by the client, allowing them to keep the online information up-to-date.

 

Signia’s collection of two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes had been known as Alpine House before we renamed it Alpine Place to suggest a sense of greater scale.

As a result of our creativity and hard work, Signia achieved sales well in excess of their targets, setting a precedent for local property values.
